class1c is correct... sprint doesn't know or can't find the order mine was apparently overnighted 1 day delivery? so if you ordered it and they still had stock at that time, it was most likely sent out already... but back to my question, am i supposed to delete all text messages, contact info (hard reset) or do I just leave it with all that info when I mail back my replaced phone?
