look theres really no way to track it. they send it out so fast that sprint has no idea whats going on. and the checking of the order through sprint is booboo doesnt work (for most ppl). i emailed ecare they told me to call a number, i did, they had no clue. so no one could figure out where my order was and the day they told me tps were backordered and i would get one when they got them in, i recieved my tp. all u really can do is wait. if it said touch pro as a replacement im sure u will get it in 2 days. just erase all your info with clear storage or whichever way u want to go about doing that. if u have unlocked ur phone and used a cooked rom then just load it back to basic sprint spec. bottom line u can ask as many times as u want but no one here can give u a straight answer. email ecare see what they say. call sprint see what they say. to many questions being asked to the wrong ppl. call sprint they can tell u or not tell u or bull*hit u
