Wow, that's nice. So as I understand, it can't be done now 'cause they got moguls on stock again, correct? or can it still be done? I tried but they were gonna get me another mogul.

I tried yesterday and twice today... still replacing with the Mogul. :(

Call it in guys! I called after placing an online claim, the claim didn't go through and it said call the 1800 # bla bla, so today I called and got a represenative in Texas. Asurion says that sprint removed the mogul and that the replacement was a brand new touch pro. I asked the represenative I don't want a touch pro and she said I'm sorry but we don't have the mogul as a replacement and we had a batch but no longer. Just take the pro it's better. So there you have it, I should get my phone by sat. Don't get mad at the represenatives just talk to them, they can work wonders if you are nice. Good Luck!

That happened today? I tried today and they said no, that I can only get another mogul as replacement.

2.20 lbs=total kit and extra battery. Ordered Monday morning, in my hands wednesday night b/c of the weather. Over to TP forum. Thanks OP.

Let me know how that goes, I tried online and it still gies me a 6800, so tomorrow I'm gonna call and tell them I don't want a refurb.
