i walked into a sprint store with a malfunctioning mogul in hand and walked out with a brand new sprint touch pro in hand without pulling any money out of pocket.............i feel so lucky!! lol

Ok first off sorry I'm not on that often so I'm not as up-to-date as some of you. Now, the good news. Here to report I got mine last night (Tuesday 1-27-09)! Filled out the form last Saturday (1-24-09). Guess it came first thing that morning but of course I was at work and my wife called me to tell me it arrived. Needless to say I'm thrilled and happy with my Touch Pro! Didn't think I had a chance reading some of the posts here, but was pleasantly surprised when I got the call from the wife. See all my fellow TP owners in the TP forums. Thanks to Orionsbuckle for the heads up and all of you for your help in the Titan forums! For what it's worth....Long Live The Titan!!!!

I would like to know, as I see that about 2 others had the same question...
Does this work for Alltel? I ask, because I hear that the Verizon TP is less adequate as all other versions of the TP. Is this true? If it is, you can understand my desire to upgrade/fix my Mogul before VZW takes over. I tried to use the Assurion web site... It asked for my carrier, which is Alltel; asked me for my info, which I gave; then it asked for "identify the phone you are claiming" and the only option for HTC is the 6950... no 6800. What do I do? Please help with any advice or suggestions, as my Titan was on it's last leg... months ago! Thanks for the support as always. |

I'm also curious about Alltel. My phone is still under warranty, so I called in for a replacement. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the good folks at Alltel see fit to send me a Touch Pro!
Has anyone else tried the warranty replacement through Alltel recently? |

Sheesh, I guess I found this post a day too late just bought the Touch Pro...but so far I love it so no complaints...Bye, bye Mogul. ](*,)

so frustrated...got my replacement TP, but apparently it's already activated on someone else's account
easy fix, right? just go in and remove it from their account, since they obviously don't have the phone but, that's not possible, so now I have to wait another 2 days (probably 4, due to Sunday) supervisors are no help, either...I just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get this resolved without involving UPS then again, I'm getting a "new" phone for free, so I shouldn't be complaining...but still... |
