This is where to go to track your shipment if you haven't received your tracking number in an e-mail yet. You have to wait @ least 24hrs after placing the ad ex w/sprint for it to show up on the ups site to check. Enter your ET***** OR E****** number and edit the dates to match your shipment add your country and zip. Wala tracking info. Mine has not posted yet but i have only had my order placed for a few hours and it is a Saturday. I will probably get my phone b4 i can track it. Monday, Or Tuesday. Placed the ADV EX @ 4:50pm 2day |

Well, I just tried again. I'm having some legit issues with all my replacements. This is #3, and this one freezes every now and then (once or twice a day) when you slide out the keyboard. I was going to keep it figuring at least it won't freeze up in my pocket, but at the advice of others just tried again. Let's see what happens.

lol...sprint just replaced my 6700 day before yesterday with a Mogul after replacing the 6700 three times since last July...It took three weeks for me to get the Mogul because they were on back order. Even after all the problems I had in a seven month period they wouldn't upgrade me to a diamond or pro...some people just get all the luck. I have been checking out the Diamond for a while, I just might get one.

So here's my story. I posted a few days ago saying i was getting replacement mogul. No biggie.
Well I have 2 moguls in my household. Both not working correctly. Early this morning, I did the phone replacement on sprint for the other one. Got a Touch Pro. On to the replacement phone I got on Friday. The mogul Sprint sent me was broken. Can't hear, and the top of the mogul is seperating from the bottom. I got in touch with sprint, they said call Asurion. I did a claim online and then had to call to finish it. The woman says, we are out of stock on the mogul so we are going to send you a Touch Pro. All I can say is thank you! |
