Nope, it'll take at least 24 hours. It was about 36 for mine.

True - that is the reaction I got from tech support... it's human nature I guess :) ?

But my issue is that I had to swap out the 6700 with another phone last week due to same issues with 6700 for 2 days and now teh self servcie tool thinks the phone I am using is brand new and activated less than 30 days ](*,)

That's why I was curious to know if someone with 6700 recently got TP, that would mean that Sprint warehouse is out of 6700s and then Tech Support / Store will be forced to send me anything but 6700

I've had my mogul since July/aug of 2007 (or '08.. when did they come out?)... for a long time.

I just put in my order for a new TP... I used :

Went through the process, it told me I would be getting a touch pro kit. I printed the pages several different times so I had documentation stating it (just in case they sent me a mogul).

Hopefully I get it this week... wooo hooo.

Just to note... I am wayyyyy past the 1 year warranty on this thing. Also, I have the $7 insurance, but didn't have to pay a thing.

I did a thread search and there are people who have successfully swapped out a 6700 for a TP. You just got a broken replacement, they should replace it for you for free since you're within the initial 30-day window with that device. Call customer support and see if they'll do anything for you.

Has anybody who had the 2.2 LB box weight, reported whether it is truly a TP or a refurb Mogul? Mine is 2.2 lbs and is "out for delivery" so we'll see soon. Pllleease don't let it be another Mogul!
