just the phone i believe.....depends how you did the replacement though.....did they send you a box to send the phone back in or a little baggy? ...if they sent you abox then everything just a baggy then just the phone

Just got my Tp today and happy bout it!!!! You need to return just the mogul( no mmc, no charger) in the packet that sprint sent you. That's it

anyone who wants to update their htc and its under a year after you bought it... because the htc is under waranty the number is ....

I guess its the effect of everyone sending in their mogul back! whole new supply of them now. They went from 0 replacement/refurbished to probably over 100 with this thread.

Have you tried the online link? It will suggest a replacement phone and you can cancel without accepting. You could keep trying until a TP is offered.

I just received my Touch Pro yesterday (the replacement for my Mogul), and it came with 2 batteries. That's awesome!!! My friend ordered a replacement yesterday around noon from the website and it said they was sending him a TP too. I wonder if they just ran out.
