Has anyone with 6700 recd TP recently. I called Tech Support yesterday and they offered me a refurb 6700, whereas in the past I have seem some 6700 owners getting TP also.

I received a second e-mail today with the actual tracking number and confirmation that I'm getting a Touch Pro. For anyone that's antsy, if I had ordered earlier in the week I would have received my replacement phone prior to receiving that email.

Ok, I've read most of this thread and still can't find where to track warranty advanced exchanges for the TP. I know u can track Assurion claims at phoneclaim.com, but where is everyone getting the status and tracking info on sprint replacements. I have my confirmation # but it is way to short to put into ups tracking. Please spell it out for us idiots!

go to UPS.com - Tracking - then under the tracking number ( where you enter it in ) youll see Track by Reference - click on that and enter your ES***** number :)
