I'll start with a little bit of info about everything, I bought my mogul cash from sprint. I've had it about a year and had all the signs of a just cheap phone.. First my wifi button stops working, Then i can't even turn wifi on from the screen. So im like ok ill wait for something else to mess up, Wasn't even a week and my front talk/end buttons stopped working.. anyways long story short i went in to a sprint store they said they was going to order me a brand new phone as a replacement phone. so ok i wait 3 days and i go in and they have a refurbished mogul, and i said ok fair enough "was hoping for the upgrade to the touch but anyways :)" i dont even walk out the story and i try it out and majority of the qwuerty keys dont even work. so im like ready to punch someone in the face, so i go back up the register and they said their going to order me a new phone. but before that they tell me that HTC is allowed to ship out and sale so many fcked up phones and can get away with it.. so i told them shouldnt all phones be tested before you put your name on it and put it out for someone to buy? no comment from them i was asked to leave the store!!! :) so ill let everyone know on monday if i got the touch or not :)

Also majority of the time if they ship you out a replacement phone it will be refurbished. to see if your phones been refurbished dail ##786# :)

just got one 4 my mom, her mogul screen stick and her usb port charges but doesnt sync, she was on her 3rd mogul

Hello this is refurbed phone number 2 for the 6800. all 3 phones I have had the burn spot in the bottom lower right hand part of the screen. The 3rd Phone also has scratch marks on it, takes 2 or 3 times to click on out going phone calls, and the key slider half of the time dos not free slide out.

I called the Sprint Store today and asked them if they are doing HTC PROS for replacments for the 6800. I was told that they out of refurbeds but, do have brand new HTC 6800 in stocks. How can this be? What Site did you today to get the Free HTC Pro on 2-24-09? Did go to sprints online repacment, or did you go to Asurion website? Any Help would be grate?
