That's fine -- my phone does exhibit the issues I reported.

Only problem is, that it does it randomly. Once every day or so, but I don't want to be charged 200$+ if the phone decides to not act up for them.

if you have explained it does it at random i believe they will not charge you because it is out of your hands, you cant control it. so if they do try and charge you call retentions and explain to them and they will credit the charges... hope this helps

no this is my first, so maybe thats why, oh and you cant email i asked 3 times and you can only fax

has anyone ordered a tp yesterday that received a confirmation and they know for sure they are getting a tp? im just nervous/excited and i just dont want to receive that email stating "we are sorry but the phone you requested is on back order" THAT WOULD SUCK!

Yay!!! I received my TP in the mail today. I got online and filed a claim Saturday afternoon and received it via UPS today (Monday). I did receive the confirmation email from Sprint but I never received the email with the tracking info. I did forward that email to ecare3@cc.springpcs.com (Thanks Toviaheli!!) but did not hear anything back from them concerning my order.

My TP is brand new in box with all the goodies. lol So far I really like it.

Thanks Orionsbuckle!!!! Thanks to you I was able to get out of that sh** called a Mogul!!!

Yes - Very nice.
After speaking with sprint they told me that I did not have to return everything that came with the Mogul. Although the charger for the Mogul is not exact, it does charge the TP. I dont advise it thought because it could mess up the port. I will keep the memory card!!!

hey i see you live in jax as well. i live in arlington but anyways when did you say you ordered your tp? i did the self advance exchange sunday is this what you did as well? im just trying to see if they ship it on tues will i have it by wed?

Yes - I have to return it within 15 days. Sprint even told me that I can keep the battery but I have no use for it with the TP.

i just put in a claim for my mogul, i said it turns off randomly, now for the 50 dollars i will receive the touch pro in about two days!

I placed my order on Sat. I was shocked that it came today. Did not expect it until Wednesday.

Does this mean they still have not received the order? Do I need to call tech support or wait until tomarrow and see what happens?

i hope i get mine tomorrow! i originally bought this phone(titan) after researching it a bit and didnt think the low memory would bother me all that much(wanted the qwerty)....... WRONG i hate having to close everything and run oxios everytime i open a proggy. and now my phones to the point where if im texting or have text messaging open my calls will just ring. i can push the little green button as hard and as much as i want and nothing. not even the accept or answer button on the screen. the white dot drives me nuts.. i keep catching myself staring at it when im looking at my phone for prolonged periods. and the keyboard buttons. i know general wear and tear but damn. and when i put it to sleep and try and wake it up, it stays asleep! then i push it agian it wakes up then immidetly goes back to hiberate. i think my phone stays up all night and drinks. and tries to sleep all day when i need it.

Battery life on mogul atleast 30% better
Data speed is faster on mogul

honestly u can ask as many questions as to what your gonna get and when your gonna get it. but u have to realize sprint is sneaky, your gonna have to wait and pray like im sure everyone else has and currently are until that ups truck pulls up and that sprint package is in your hand and the tp is in your hand. sprint will tell you one thing and do another... so point of my blah blah blah is....... wait and see what happens

i do agree with you on that. but has anyone placed an order with sprint got a confirmation on one phone but received another. like i said im my previous post i did receive a confirmation email for the pro. does that really mean im getting the tp? Send Sprint an e-mail through e-Care with your confirmation # and double check what was shipped.

You still need to try to e-mail e-care, don't just rely on what someone told you they did. You have to mention "Advance Replacement Exchange". I received a reply back within an hour after I sent this:

"I would like to check the status of an Advanced Phone Exchange
order, confirmation #ERxxxxx for an Touch Pro. Thanks!"

and received this reply back:

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you regarding
your Advanced Exchange order.

After reviewing the status of your replacement device, I have found that
your device is scheduled to be delivered on 1/20/09. On 1/18/09, it was
scanned for departure from the warehouse.

You can view the status of your order by visiting www.ups.com. The UPS
tracking number for your order is --------.

If you have any additional questions or if I can be of any further

well i did email ecare earlier this moring and they replied this email
