i tried the advanced replacement online form, but i havent had this mogul for more than 30 days its a replacement from a previous broken mogul, and now this ones broke. i want a TP as a replacement now as the moguls have a history of bad problems, so what are my options to getting a TP?

So what would happen if you lost the phone before you got the replacement?
i.e. put a claim in for a power issue, have the phone on its way, then you lose it before you get the replacement? |

Just called Asurion. My claim went through on Friday for a new mogul, so when I called today, they said there was nothing they could do since the claim was final, I would just have to wait for them to get Moguls, i.e., wait for Hell to freeze over. Asked for a supervisor, she came on, said she was sending me a TP and where would I like it shipped. Called my sister after who also has a Mogul, she called right away, payed the $50 deductible when they offered her a TP right off the bat, and now I believe she's going to take out some built up frustration on her mogul with a hammer.

My phone got stolen and they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 days. Ended up with another mogul with Windows 6.1

I have a PPC6700 for about 3 years now and its starting to show its wear. I filled out the replacement form online and qualified for a Touch Pro. When I got my confirmation email, I noticed it said I have to send in my old phone or get hit with the fee. So I emailed customer service asking if I can keep my current phone as a backup (this is my 1st and only sprint phone) and they said I can keep the phone without any fees :D

Nice :) Finally called up asurion, and explained my situation. The extremely nice lady told me that since the moguls are no longer in stock, and may never be in stock, the only option was to offer me a Touch Pro. Be here in 1 - 2 days, and all is final. Guess i'll find out in 1 or 2 days. :)

Ok, called Assurion, offered Touch Pro off the bat. I had a previously open eTicket pending a Mogul, they were able to modify that order and provide me with a Touch Pro. Free express shipping to boot, should receive by Thursday. I'll keep y'all posted.

I never received the tracking number after filing the order through Self Service on Friday, so I was calling Asurion, Sprint, even did another session of online chat with customer service during lunch time. I also emailed eCare and Advanced Exchange Escalations. None worked, or so it seemed. Then, I called Sprint customer service again just now (4:30pm), and the lady told me the package is already delivered O_O!! The package departed KS on 17th, and arrived CA today at 11am. I didn't have to go through all the trouble above if I didn't have to work today and stayed home! D: Anyway, I asked my roommate to see if I got it, and he told me I got it! Woot! He said it looks new; at least it's in the box and all that stuff. Picture attached. I can't wait to go home now! |

i did a sprint replacement last night and it was free, said i had some kind of credit. should i call and make sure everything was properly processed? the email and everything stated i get a tp and if i get something different im gonna go to sprint and just beat any random rep's a$$. :evil4: |

ok - i have Diamond that is 3 weeks oldthat Asurian replaced for old Touch. I don't like Diamond and want to get TP... both Asurisn and Sprint have refused to let me replace Diamond with TP...
I do have old 6700 lying around... can I activate that and get TP with AE ? I do have TEP. My fear is that I will have to wait 30 days as AE form says... |

My TP, from Sprint's Advance Replacement Exchange, is new in box with all accessories included. Looks like Sprint is also sending out an extra battery with the Pros.

ok im getting a little confused here:
-i went through the website (page 4) and filed a claim -got an email apologizing for the problem, with the subject as "Sprint Order Conformation" Now, why are people still going through asurion after filling out the site? The email said it should ship in 2-3days, should i go through asurion instead? If I am supposed to call them, do I mention the Sprint site? |

Im selling a good condition mogul, I just sold one and need to sell another, activate a mogul, wait a month or so and call to get touch pro :)

can anyone verify that the tp are in stock? I did the self exchange lastnight, i tried to track with the order number that was provided in the confirmation email but it says its not the right format of numbers or something like that. i called sprint today they see the order for the tp but they do not have a tracking number because i guess the warehouse was closed today for mlk day. im hoping they will ship tomarrow and ill have by wed or thurs.
