I was curious what the weight of the package for the people that received an extra battery and all the accessories. Was it 3.40 lbs, 3.80 lbs, or something else.

watch out guys.. sprint messed up and sent me another phone i was supposed to get when the touch pros came in. the b*tch at sprint lied to me and sent me another refurbed mogul. thank god they had already sent me my tp or i would be extremely pissed.

3.4 on mine, was a new retail box TP and another tiny box with extra battery, plus return mailer and another couple scraps of paper inside of the brown box.

The pro is slowly getting under control. Man I hate moving to a new phone - this is worse then going from apache to mogul :D

Hello all,

Can you provide me the baby steps on how to get this thing replace to a Pro?

1) What do I say is wrong with the phone when reporting? I have insurance on the phone, so anything else special I need to say?
2) Easier to go to a store or online?
3) What is assurion?

Hey Class1c, so they sent you a Mogul after they sent you the new TP? Did your original confirmation email say your busted phone was going to be replaced with a TP or a Mogul? Now I'm worried, my email sez they are sending a TP , but this raises doubts.

Hopefully I will get the extra battery too. It says the weight of mine is 3.40 lbs. I hate that I caught this thread so late into it. I had to wait a little over a day to wait for the TP to be offered as a replacement again, so now I might have to wait till Tuesday before it gets delivered (wasn't shipped out till 12:27 am this morning). Hopefully I will be getting it Monday instead since it's just an hour away from me.](*,)

I went from the Fusic to the Mogul. That was a pretty big change for me because the Fusic's battery lasted for days. My Mogul's battery lasts about a day. Hopefully I can figure out a way to get the same results from the TP.

1. state the problems you yourself are having with the phone.
2. online worked for most of the people posting on this thread including myself.
3. asurion is the insurance group sprint and other cell companies use for insurance on their products (with asurion you will have to pay the $55 deductable, through the sprint website you proabably wont).

when i had originally did the self replacement through the sprint website the confirmation stated my mogul was going to be replaced by the touch pro. and i tried to confirm it through ecare and tech support. none of which could locate my delivery. i ordered it on sun and on tues morning i called. later that day i received a call saying i got a package and it was the tp. however on tues morning when i called they redid another order and said that the tp's were on backorder and they would send one once they were available (they didnt know they had already sent me my tp) so a couple days go by and i get a package...... it was a mogul. so they b.s.ed me on the phone. if the deal said they were replaceing your mogul with the tp ull more than likely get it. dont call them to replace it. theyll screw u.

After reading this thread I decided to call sprint because I'm more than THRU with my mogul. I told them I've had multiple replacements but refurbished phones and after about a 20 minute wait, they agreed to send me a TP free of charge. This could be because I'm nearing the end of my contract but hey, its worth a try. Sprint is very aware of the widespread issues with the mogul.
