Can those that received the TP tell us how much better it is, easier to carry?

Are any of the new ones you guys are receiving has any creacking sound in the battery cover, yellowish screen, loose keyboard and raised Home key?

Just called assurion... and they are sending me a TP.....thank you LORD...2 weeks ago almost spend $300 for the upgrade!!! HIIIIAAAAAA....

I am still waiting on the tracking information (it has been 24 hours) the email I received from escalations said it had been sent to the warehouse but shipping information was not yet available. They actually checked it later on in the day for me too.

Nope and thank God. I would hate to get one of those. It almost sounds like a few demo's got out. IDK

I've been regularly checking for tracking info from UPS. It was over 24 hours before it was on the site. Had today been a weekday I would have gotten my Touch Pro today. I order the replacement on Thursday night. Pretty quick turn over if you ask me. Just be patient.

Well, after reading all thru this forum, i contacted sprint with the issues with my phone (random reboots and the white spot on the screen) i DO NOT have any insurance but the phone is only 10 months old. They offered a replacement Mogul until they realized it was back ordered. Then they referred me to HTC for Warranty repair :( . So i had my wife call the local sprint repair center and explain to him the problems with "her" phone and she asked what he could do. He told her to call customer service back and have them add the insurance on the account, and then bring it in to him and he would get her a new mogul. So i called and had the 4$ insurance added to the account ( they were VERY reluctant to do this) waited bout 1 hour and then called asurion. They said i needed to fax in some documents, 24 hours later i called back and they offered a refurb mogul. ](*,) So i just said i would have to get the 50$ on friday and call them back. Called back on Friday and they say " well it looks like we will be sending you a brand new phone as a replacement we are send out the Touch Pro" :mrgreen: I CANT WAIT!!! THanks for the GREAT find! Wish me luck!
