This Is My First Post .. So Let Me Tell You Guys About Today Event

Well My Mougl Had Some Serious B.f With Me So I Told Her .. I Dont Want You No More .. Since My Keys Were Sticking Didnt Wanna Act Right So I Went To The Sprint Retail Store And They Gave Me A Refurb Keypad ... Well The Damn Thing Didnt Work

So I Told Her After A 2 Hr Wait I Had To Go Through All My Phone Still Wasnt Fixed .. She Told Me That I Wouldnt Probably Get A New Phone But She Will Try Her Best To Get It For Me. So She Put Me On The Phone With Asurion And This Other Nice Lady Picked Up .. So I Told Her About My Problems And She Told Me That She Will Be Sending Me Out A Refub Phone

I Told Her Mayum No Disresepct But Do You Have Any New Mogul's Because I'm Most Definitly Not Feeling The Refurb Phones Because I Have A Lot Of Them At Home ... Well We Do Have A New Ppc 6850 Would You Like That Instead ... *sigh* Yeah I Guess I Would Have To Take That .. Since U Guys Dont Have A New Mogul .. She Was Like Dont Worry Its Better Than The New One Lol .. So I Should Be Getting My Mogul Friday!!! Yay Me Im So Happy!!!

FYI.

I ordered mine Monday afternoon (around 2pm) through self-program in Sprint Site. ( I tried early last week but it said REC 6800, so I just forgot it for a while)
I got confirmation email at Mon, Feb 2, 2009 at 2:22 PM
I got the UPS tracking number in Wed morning.
I got InfoNotice from UPS. I went to pick it up to UPS.

Now. I have New TouchPro with extra battery. :) Awesome~!!

p.s. I have a TEP. so I didn't pay anything and my Mogul has white spots at left down side.

Yea phuck sprint. They simply refused to give me a touch pro by email and by phone. I am on my 3rd mogul after being upgraded for free from an apache (1st mogul had broken wifi switch, 2nd had faulty mini usb port). I had 3 apaches through replacement before I went to the sprint store and got angry and got a mogul (1st apache memory card slot stopped functioning, 2nd headphone jack stopped functioning, 3rd miniusb port became loose and only partialy functional). The newest mogul they have sent me randomly shuts off almost every night, locks up frequently and must be rebooted, and runs very slowly all the time. It is horrible.

Should I just go get angry at some poor sprint employee again? Is there any other way for me to get a touch pro? Does anyone know anyboy nice and understanding who works for sprint who I can call? If I get a touch pro and it sucks I swear I will get an Iphone.

Why are you calling sprint? Just do the self-exchange. Keep doing it and refusing if it offers a refurb 6800. Accept if its a TPro.

Or get an iPhone - because I have an ipod touch (aka iphone without the phone part) and as good as the Touch Pro is, it's not an iPhone nor would you ever confuse the two lol

ok just keep pressing "cancel request" untill it says touch pro? they are already sending me another mogul... and i have been on the phone all day trying to cancel the request. i am still on the phone now infact.

Got mine with a spare battery last night. $55 total and they pay to ship back my dying Mogul. Good deal! Just flashed Juicy's 4.7 and I'm sure I will end up trying out more before the week is out.

but isn't the 6850 the touch pro? that's no mogul and you will be going to touch pro island if that's the case
