This worked for me!!! I tried all day yesterday and kept canceling the replacement request until the phone it told me that I would get was the HTC Touch Pro.
I got the confirmation email from sprint and my phone has already been sent out for delivery. I can't wait to get my new phone. As for the problem my phone had, for some weird reason whenever I would power down my phone completely, It would freeze on restart. I would have to do a manual pull of the battery leave it out for twenty minutes then insert it and it would work the right way maybe 3 out of 5 times. If not, it would start up the right way, but then when I would go to use my screen, it was acting like it was transparent and would select the underlying choice of the menu below it. From restarting my phone one time, I now have some permanent pixels which are brighter then the rest of the screen. |

And it said, my replacement was a Touch Pro too. I don't care either way if they send me a TP or Mogul, cuz I might end up selling or trading it anyway, since I already have a TP But, my Mogul keyboard was acting up for a while now, and I needed to replace it. I was just waiting for my upgrade eligibility on that line and hoping for something newer to come out soon. Question? Do I still keep my original upgrade eligibility date or is it gonna start over now? |

Just called assurion... and they are sending me a TP.....thank you LORD...2 weeks ago almost spend $300 for the upgrade!!! HIIIIAAAAAA....

I am still waiting on the tracking information (it has been 24 hours) the email I received from escalations said it had been sent to the warehouse but shipping information was not yet available. They actually checked it later on in the day for me too.

Well, after reading all thru this forum, i contacted sprint with the issues with my phone (random reboots and the white spot on the screen) i DO NOT have any insurance but the phone is only 10 months old. They offered a replacement Mogul until they realized it was back ordered. Then they referred me to HTC for Warranty repair :( . So i had my wife call the local sprint repair center and explain to him the problems with "her" phone and she asked what he could do. He told her to call customer service back and have them add the insurance on the account, and then bring it in to him and he would get her a new mogul. So i called and had the 4$ insurance added to the account ( they were VERY reluctant to do this) waited bout 1 hour and then called asurion. They said i needed to fax in some documents, 24 hours later i called back and they offered a refurb mogul. ](*,) So i just said i would have to get the 50$ on friday and call them back. Called back on Friday and they say " well it looks like we will be sending you a brand new phone as a replacement we are send out the Touch Pro" :mrgreen: I CANT WAIT!!! THanks for the GREAT find! Wish me luck!

If my scroll wheel is no longer working since its basically it got pushed into the phone, will I qualify is replacement request legit? This happened because I dropped my phone. BTW I don't have the insurance so someone please advise if I what the projected cost should be on my end. Thanks!

i wonder if sprint would replace my blackberry curve 8330 i bought in novmeber for a diamond or treo 800w ? i actually am regretting getting this phone now.

OMG! I love this community. You guys ROCK! I have been trying to get them to replace my mogul for months. I used the self-service website thing. I guess in a few days I will be moving my activity to the touch pro section of the site! W00T!

Placed my order yesterday over customer service, lady said that I was to receive new Touch pro... went on the ups website today and the package weight says 1.80 lbs... did we deem that wieght as being a refurb mogul or a new pro... i read mixed reviews? The new Pro's in the box are weighted at 3.XX lbs right?
