I think 5GB is plenty. Sprints connection is supposed to supplement your home connection and to be an alternative to pricey wifi fees. Not replace it! You would be better off just paying the Wifi fees if you want to use 5GB per month while on the go. I really think the cap was put in place to limit p2p activities, streaming and the likes without completely discouraging it.

I think your right about the curbing of p2p, etc as the reason for the cap.. Anyways, I have Wi-Fi so that helps..

When I was streaming lots of music and video I was very close to 5 GB, but at the new place the signal is weak and I tend to wifi more.
