Conclusion appears to be no Hspa+ Only speedtest.net giving false results.

I don't know anything about the HD7. It may not have hspa+, it may have it but it's disabled and needs to be enabled, or it could even have it enabled for all I know.

What I do know is, hspa+ is backwards compatible with hspa. So if a device supports hspa, it will see a speed increase in an hspa+ area.

No shenanigans, it's a bug with Windows Phone7 and mobilespeedtest.com, similar to how you can use Opera Mini and get an abnormally high Speed Result.

Look Sprints 3G is now 6600 kbps+

Neither do I after my discounts. And I call any cell phone any time without it costing me a dime.

Let's call each other tomorrow morning and leave the phones connected the entire day... We'll see which one is cheaper.
