I dont know if I'm in the right place but......
I have downloaded BBSAK app to my laptop. My friend has given me her 9860 to try and repair for her as it will not turn on at all. The red light flashes and bb desktop manager fails to upgrade OS every time i try it. It cannot connect to fone and so I cannnot use your "wipe device" feature. You say it works with "bricked" fones which is wot I thought this was. I was going to wipe it back to factory state and then start all over again but cant cos it wont connect. It just says no device found. Any help or ideas please as to how I can use your app. Thanks |

BBSAK 1.9.2 will not identify my BB 9860 Torch phone properly -- it shows a picture of a Storm. Also, even having downloaded the right OS for my phone (from my provider), it will not detect it.
Already deleted VENDOR.XML from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader, still no go. I'm also unable to load OS via BlackBerry Desktop Software. Phone remains to be unusable, coming up with Error 507 (which was expected). Desktop OS is Windows 7 64-bit. Help, please. |

hi there,
my Rogers wireless Torch 9810 is using the latest OS. 7.1.0.391 and I get as far as Load OS. For some reason I am not able to load the OS. I click on the LoadOS button but I get a message that it can't locate any OS installed. I am using the official device software from my carrier so I didn't think I need to remove any Vendor files. What do I do? Thanks! ps: i'm trying to remove traces of my previous OS as i still see it on DM in the Updates section. I tried to remove on the blackberry itself without success. I went to Options>Device>Software Updates then I hit the Menu button and can not find the menu link, "view results" and the screen says there is no updates. |

Hi everybody, new guy. I am posting a question here, because the BBSAK email app is not working. the submit question button is not working. problem I am having is with the BBSAK. it does not recognize my phones anymore. when I plug a phone in, it just says , no phone detected. It has not worked since my BOLD 9000. never found my torch, now does not see my BOLD 9900. what is wrong? I have downloaded the upgrades, still does not work any more. running win 7. what went wrong? I really like this app.!

Used first time for a replacement phone. Noticed that restore does not "sync" with appworld: all restored apps show as uninstalled, and there is a 25mb bbsak file on top of individual restored files in app manager. Is that usual or did I do something wrong
