just a little bug for ya , all went well was wiping and was going to load a new hybrid , all back up went well, wipe went well like it should , was able to pull up the grab a os and only had one installed on my computer picked it and it kept erroring out , and would not let me load from that screen had to go into loader file and do a manual start but was able to restore all apps fine .. on sprint (9650) .. win 7 64 bit acer .. other than that love the new stuff .. keep up the good work

Not sure what your issue is, we tested it on this same machine and phone and it worked fine.
