I modified the rhod400 files and the init script to understand the rhod500 option.

So the updates are in the rootfs.img file - which is inside of the zip.

You must update your startup.txt to use rhod500 (instead of rhod400) at the end of the "set cmdline" --- physkeyboard=rhod500

the /init and the /init.etc/keymap/rhod5* are the updated files.

Say thanks if it helps! and could a smarter person please get this into the git, thanks.
Thanks, works great

Works perfectly, exact mapping and also has pounds and euros on W and E.
Although the SYM, Mailbox, Star/fav buttons don't do anything in this OS now. The star used to be , on rhod400 in android...
Anyways, what I'm getting at is it possible that you could map the Mailbox to open the Messaging application? and have SYM open either Smileys or an actual symbol map if there is one. or star do smileys or something else cool?
I just like to use all my buttons when possible.
.....

Updated to latest kernel and batt shows 5% claims charging via USB and shows 3.414V @ 80.7 degrees C, after rebooting into 6.5.3 batt shows 55% 3757 mV @ 37 degrees C. I know its a WIP but this is what I have seen from this kernel as of 4-04. Battery heated up rather quickly was only in Android for a few minutes <10. When using the older kernels I was not able to charge in android.

Any reason this was used rather than the one I posted 3 days ago?
