thanks a lot!! I never noticed the FAQ link on the first page. This worked though. But still I dont have a .cab file in that download. It was 87.8 mb to be exact. The first file was setup.xml in that cab download.

there shouldn't be a .cab file in there, the 87mb file IS the .cab files. it almost sounds like you're unzipping the .cab from your pc.

You're talking about the xdandroid animation, right?

If you haven't changed your overclock settings and have booted successfully before, I would probably rule that out. Mine is at 806400khz though, which is pretty high. What is it at now?

It says 716800. I'll try reinstalling again.

i downloaded the latest version. installed it, works great in my TP2, but for some reason i cant get the phone to vibrate when i receive the text msg. it works great for phone calls. anybody else have the same issue?

does anyone have a tip for removing the "No Sim Card" icon (it is ugly) on the WinMo side now that I have had to take it out?
