You mean checkbox "Display the clock on the title bar in all programs"?
It's un-checked.

Thanx.

I've also worked to finally get tsowen's blue icons working, since he has neglected it for so long. With either icon set, this is what I've got right now (yeah I know the start icon is ugly, I'll improve it later).
how can i install only that battery meter?

I did check one's from post 1:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseDll"="phcanOverbmp.dll"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseId"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BatteryIconIdStart"=dword:000003e9
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BatteryIconLevels"=dword:00000065

But nothing in the post #31.

Thanx

Re: WM 6.5 Custom Taskbar

If anyone wants to make the HTC Taskmanager button (in upper right corner) transparent, just edit your registry with:
Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\TaskManager]
"LauncherUp"=hex:20,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,07,00,00,00,70,00,00,00,0F,00,00,00,0F,00,00,\

I did not like how it looked like the battery meter was smashed up against the task manager with GadgetROM taskbar, so this made it look nicer. You can still access the taskmanager by just pressing where it normally is.

Thats great work man, anyway I could get a walk thru on putting a new start menu icon in, I've read so much and been experimenting, i just cant get it., its on this thread or the custom taskbar, tsowen has a WinVista_4 icon I'd like to be my start button.

Re: WM 6.5 Custom Taskbar

Well, I thought I was good at this stuff, at least I could get the 6.1 version to do what I wanted but this 6.5 one has got me stumped. I am short on time and oly read about 15 pages so if this was answered, I may have missed it........

I am trying to use the tsowen 6.5v.3 task bar. I am using the psyki 6.5 rom (v8/21) and this is not working for me. I tried the regisrty settings as described in the first post and created the phcanBattery.dll file as described and I keep getting the green verticle battery icon. After copying over the phcanBattery file and making the reg edits, still got nothing. So I am perplexed......... I went into my shellred.192 file and deleted the battery icons I thought was maybe causing a conflict and that was more than my phone wanted to deal with. Everything in the task bas stopped working so I hard reset and am starting over.

Perhaps its the rom. Mighty's rom worked like a champ, but this one is not as forgiving. If anyone has any good ideas, let me know. I am going to try replacing all of the dlls in the zip file manualy and see if that works, here goes nothing!

Thanks in advance for any ideas &/or helpful hints......

***Edit***
I may have been unclear, I am trying to get the battery icon to work. I just reset tht ephone while plugged in and the correct charging icon with the lightning bolt showed up. However when I unplugged it the icon never switched to a battery icon.... must be this rom. Oh well

Gary
