WM 6.5 Custom Taskbar

edit - i uninstalled the modded cab, and then installed GF's Bear rom taskbar and soft reset and still the same icon, i also tried swapping the shellres dll with one i modded a while back for wm6.5 and one from tsowens taskbar and still the same odd signal icon

The only time I saw that icon was on my Sprint TP2 when I took the SIM card out. Makes sense, looking at it... a sim card with an X, saying "No SIM". It's just an icon that hasn't been re-made yet, would seem.

BTW, looking at that taskbar, seems to be a combination of Bear Bonz and tsowens (the speaker icon looks to be from one of tsowens).

sorry if these is posted here, but ive looked through most of the posts and couldnt find it... i just got my tp2 a couple days ago and im really new at all of this but would love to have my screen look like this one... i really like those touchflo icons... thanks for your help!

Ok I just tried Mighty Mike's new ROM for the Touch Pro 2. I am having an issue with the Signal icon. When I am connected to the internet, the icon is showing as the USB icon that you get when you plug the phone into your pc. I did talk to Mighty and found that he used the MS icons instead of the HTC icons so the 7 signal bar cabs won't work. Any suggestions? Would love to have a working custom taskbar.

Yes and all of them, its for MightyROM.. his on default will show a activesync incon in place of data icon in custom taskbars.. this cab corrects this!

I thought I read over at XDA that tsowen was working on getting his taskbars converted. I actually compiled some of tsowen's, Brock1909's, and drkfngthdragnlrd's work to get something working. I have a couple issues though so I am not going to post it until I can get them figured out.


You can see that my charging icon isn't showing, but it is in fact charging and I have to soft reset to get it to show the updated battery life.

After some months using tsowentaskbar5v1.7 in my Touch Diamond2 with W.M.6.1 with NO problems, I update it to W.M.6.5.
Then, I install my favorite taskbar now in W.M.6.5, and I thought everything were just fine. But I was wrong.
My phone (800x480) get's an "services.exe" error if I touch in the volume keys, and gets SLOW..... i must reboot to get it to work. The log data of the battery is reseted too...
I was desperate to find a solution, and now... I uninstall your taskbar and I have the volume keys working again.
This is bad. I mean, I love the taskbar... but something's wrong... I can't use it.
Can it be fixed? I noticed that the "X" is smaler now, but that's all. I didn't thought that was causing services.exe to crash with volume keys.

Now, I read the thread from post 1 to here...
I'm tired, and confused.
I don't know what taskbar is working good for me.
I'm going back to 1 page, and check it out.
