Re: WMWifiRouter v1.50 Now Available
I used it for a couple of months when I didnt have wifi at home where I was living at the time and it worked great, I did pay for it though, it had a 10-14 day trial. It also connects w/bluetooth and wifi, .. Ofcourse Wifi being much faster. But overall a good program.!

Re: WMWifiRouter v1.52 Build 1020 Now Available
The warning is caused by the EXE compression used on the executables (UPX). UPX'd executables are regularly flagged as a virus. Even though it's been around for ages and it's use is very widespread, many scanners still do not exclude it from their list.
It is understandable though, as the technique employed by UPX for in-place executable decompression is very similar to how many virii work - the virus scanner sees it as code 'generated' and executed on-the-fly. Aside from packed executables, pretty much only virii and research projects do this. A non-UPX'd version could be provided (and may be, eventually), however the drawback there is the size of WMWifiRouter would increase quite a bit.
