so far, this is worthless for me on my Verizon Touch

It will not update unless I use GPS and I never use GPS so that stops me cold. It also has my location in the middle of the ocean when I update my privacty status

I'm on the vogue (well, sprint touch) and it has been working swimmingly right off the bat. Have you tried completely re installing google maps? i just went to m.google.com and copped the cab from there and have no issues thus far aside from not being tracked when maps is closed. Let me know

If you are using Google Latitude, do the people you are "tracking," or yourself for that matter, have to have a gmail account, or can anyone with Latitude track / be tracked?

Has to have a gmail account.

im in nebraska, i think we should start putting general location next to our addresses cuz it would be cool to not have to add the whole list. maybe just people generally around you..

anyone having trouble changing their profile pic with this? it took me a couple tries to set a picture, and now i can't change it to something else. google will display my pictures folder but nothign shows up.
