This isn't a huge deal, more of a suggestion, when you update the OP perhaps you could insert a break and date of the edit?

It would make it easier to add the updated people so I don't have to scan the whole list and guess which ones I don't have yet.

In case you don't understand here is a quick representation of what I mean:

If I'm not going crazy, I think he is adding the newer names to the bottom of the list. If you know which one you did last, then you know what's new =]

But still, that's a good idea.

Yeah I realize he is adding them at the bottom, but my problem is exactly what you said (I don't remember which one I did last!)

Like I said its not a hugely important thing to change, but it would help people who don't check this thread as often to quickly find all the new contacts.
