yeah, getting rid of the blue there, gets rid of it everywhere else as well, it's part of the core MS theming

I have not had a problem with 21198, 21202 or 21500. Never did anything special, it just worked. So I wonder if it isn't specific to certian configurations, I.E. Is it behind an ISA server? What version? Is it Exchange 2003 or 2007? Is it a self-signed cert (did you install the cert chain on your device?) or is it a legit cert?

giisr.dll was the problem because I'm using non-HTC device. I did M'reloc_nk on that module and it seems OK so far.

If you mean when you click on New nothing happens, then go to your Redist folder, yes the very 1st of a set of 4 or 5 Redist folders. For me since I normally solved bluetooth and sms issues from that folder, I usually would replace it when I have those challenges but would retain the cpl file since it contained version information. Hope this helps.
