I am uploading something now. should be mostly fixed everything in there. no promises though. Going to spit up VGA and QVGA files later on make it easier to do stuff then.

here is an unported XIP. so this will need to be ported to other devices in order for it to work.

Here is the VGA SYS. A Big thanks to Sun_Dream and the DFT team for this.

fun about this number 21193, 21193 = if 2 people do 1 job in 1 hour, after 9 months they'll have the 3rd :P :D

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Someone said the xip is already included in this, so is it able to be cooked as is (dropping the sys folder into kitchen) or still have to port xip? some guidance would be great if someone feels up to it.

I dunno what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to port this xip properly, as I keep getting stuck at the touch diamond boot screen. If anyone can port this xip to CDAM diamond, please post.

I put stock diamond xip in xip_old and the new one in xip_new, then run xipporterex and click port. Everything seems to run fine. I insert XIP into stock payload, and then reduce payload. I put the reduced payload in the rom folder in place of the old one. Any thoughts??

Are you using the SYS con posted or the one Alex2 posted? Just curious.

Yes you need to port both the system and the xip. What device do you use? If you would upload your os.nb.payload file in your rom folder, I could port the new xip to your device and upload back to you.

Alright titan users don't miss out on the action. Here is a ported xip from the unported that Con posted. It's a boot rgu and os.nb.payload folder. just replace the rom folder in your kitchen with this and cook.

Here you go. I tested with my Sprint Diamond and it boots up fine. I had to convert few files into dll using recmod to make it boot and clean up few files but so far it works great. You need my sys, I can upload it in about 2 hours since I am just getting off the work.

Before I leave, this build seems to be faster with the moving glass. I had little problem with 21189 but that problem is almost gone! Excited :)

It's still not booting, so must be the sys at fault. If you could upload yours, it would be much appreciated.

I have problem installing cab. I just don't have time to find out what might be causing it but if you still want to use my sys which is almost identical as Conflippers' to test out 21193, then I will upload it in a bit. Let me know.

Uploading right now.

Few things to consider: You probably want to delete my wince.nls and add yours since mine contains asian support. Also, I used Calk's Kitchen 4.5 with wmreloc to build my system. Just copy G'reloc.exe, wmreloc.exe from tools folder into the main kitchen root. Before you flash your phone, be sure to look at the wmreloclog.txt in the kitchen root to check if there is any error. The last line should be

Module name: Camera.exe.0409.mui (00E73000 - 00E70000)

If you see something about no more memory, it will not work.

Edit: Rapidshare upload failed. Trying again now.
It is finally done!

I should've been more clear. I uploaded ROM folder so you can cook your own.

Dir All

Hello,

I am trying to port a WM 6.5 XIP from other device to Atom Exec
Using the same technique as from WM 6.0 to WM 6.1, when porting the XIP only, device can not boot.

When porting the SYS only, it can not boot also.

Can you show me what is defferent from WM6.5 and WM 6.1?

and if you have WM6.5 kitchen ROM for ENG, would you mind if you give me?

ok, new to this how do I port 21193 to the Touch Pro....

What doi I need (SYS folder? and XIP or is it payload)
any help would be awesome

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

I was reading through various <Option.xml> files. I notice that <ppgprov> states that a Required Device Feature is "GSM." If that is so, do we simply remove this folder from the SYS if we are using a CDMA Device such as the Titan???

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Wow... this version 21193 is amazing. I'm currently porting to Elf with the QVGA CHS version, and have it working in English.. but the problem I have is, once again, SMS messages cannot be created. I think I have to replace Redist and tmail.exe from a working version, so I'm trying that out now.
