stuck at animation after cpr replacing makes no sense, I could believe wealcomhead, but even that is unlikely

You must have done something else other than replacing the cpr's before rebooting. I just can't see how that would stop your device from booting. Too bad Windows mobile doesn't have a built in safe mode.

I did nothing else except i was using my mobile deleting a SMS when tmail.exe got halted and i had to restart becoz of tht and now this

Looks like your probably going to have to cut your losses and reflash/hard-reset

have to get it to boot somehow... could try a couple soft resets maybee... need to get activesync to recognize you somehow

yes im trying tht

but wuld soft-resetting it sometimes have any negative effect? couldnt anything be done in bootloader mode??
