It's already been discussed. R-Capi knows about it, he is just really busy right now. I'm sure once he can find the time he will address the issue and figure it out for us. Just be patient for now! |

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)
Hey everyone in Canada who is having trouble logging in to Sirius. I've found a workaround for now. Using SiriusWM5 doesn't work either unless you select 'use TCPMP' in the settings. I can't believe I didn't try this sooner. It's working now but Im still waiting on a solution from R-Capi. Hope this helps some of you, I know i've been jonesing for my Stern in the morning.
R-Capi, Hopefully you can have a look at this sometime soon. One thing I noticed with your app that I would like to see changed is the position of the captcha screen. Loading up SiriusWM5 just reminded me. In your app the Captcha screen is blocked by my on screen keyboard, with SiriusWM5 they put the Captcha at the top of the screen which makes it easier to type it in. I'm wondering if you could work something in like that. Either way I love your app and can't wait to get it working again. Thanks for everything! EDIT:Hey just another tip. If you have issues with the backlight stopping playback. In tcpmp settings under hotkeys set action button to toggle backlight. Works great! Last edited by majorassface; 05-05-2009 at 04:50 PM. |

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)
I'm having the same problem as some others, where if I clear the channel cache for XM the next time I start the C-ApiSRO it fails to connect the XM anymore. The only way I'm able to remedy the problem is to reinstall the application. It's kinda annoying because there has been programing changes and my channel list still includes XM Holly which is a seasonal holiday station.
Any suggestions? |

In your settings did you set it to use TCPMP? That's the only way I got it to work. Windows media player gives me an error. Try selecting TCPMP and see if it works for you!

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)
Too bad, setting it to use tcpmp works for me but it's a horrible solution. I find even though I am able to turn the backlight off after setting a hotkey for it, my phone still times out based on power settings and every half an hour I have to restart it.
CA, what happens when you select tcpmp? For me it launches and goes to the background, I have to minimize Siriuswm5 and bring tcpmp to the front then after about 30sec it starts playing. Try that, it might work for you too! R-Capi is there anything that we can do to help you to help us?? Last edited by majorassface; 05-07-2009 at 02:46 PM. |
