Works fine on my stock setup too. Why would you apologize for a n00bish setup? I sure don't support anything other than stock roms.

Looks good but got to go back to im+.. No today plug in??? But this is going to be worth looking into once its not alpha and built for the masses. I loved this on my BB.

Yeah, I miss the today plug-in too, and I've been told that it's coming, but I don't miss it enough to use OZ or IM+ again. I found OZ to be a clunky pain in the *** and while I really liked IM+ (used it for the past...I dunno....3 years?), I could never tell if it was actually connected or not. Too many times I was burned, thinking it was connected to find out 45 minutes and a dozen messages later that I wasn't talking to anyone. I really like it on the Blackberry also...well worth the paltry sum Beejive asks.

I flashed no2chem 5059 works fine, when i had 5058 it did not work at all. but it seems good, i see that the data connection goes idle, when u are not messaging, thas good

I flashed OMJ.WM6.1.v7.UC and when I try to open JiveTalk says Unable to save log and i cant use it =\

There is a new build of this program btw, (not sure what it fixes or what it adds)... so those of you having problems check to see if you have the latest version by going to
Menu - Advanced - About JiveTalk and the version should be 0.5.1.7
