Well, since the only reason to unlock the phone is to flash a custom ROM, try doing so.

ya didnt work, cant upgrade to 6.1 trying dcds 2.3.1,

goes in to bootloader, percentage screen comes out on phone and give connection error

Did you try the flash from SD card method?

no I have to sit down and do that route

didnt work, says loading on screen and doesnt do anything left alone for like 5 mins

1. Using a PC, format a microSD card to FAT32.
2. Using winrar or an unzipper, extract the *.nbh file from the ROM upgrade .exe.
3. Copy the *.nbh file to the formatted microSD card
4. Rename the file on the microSD card TITAIMG.nbh.
5. Insert the microSD card into the phone and reset into bootloader.
6. The phone will tell you to press the power button to flash the ROM; do so.

like i said earlier , goes in to a grey screen that says loading and gets stuck

I have one last idea. I remember reading that one of the kmartburrito 3.16 download hosts has a corrupted file. Did you download the one from here that had the missing "e"? I do not remember which is the bad one but I do remember that this is a good one.

hit power camera reset, what version does it say at that point? You might have gotten hung up on the unlocker process

I have not seen a relocker for the 2.xx bootloader, and I thought the Olipro bootloader would not get overwritten except by a relocker procedure...how did the phone get locked? Did you run the old relocker then the kmartburrito ROM package?

Or does the kmartburrito ROM package overwrite the Olipro hard-SPL?

the spl was never unlocked completely, chances are it wasn't run from the exe and if it was it was exited before the RUU completed to place the unlocked SPL on the device for good.
