Re: Mattsm 6.5 23047

There is no reason to install sprint carrier cab, it is cooked in.
Try a hard reset and if it still does not work, then flash back to stock, establish a connection, then reflash.

I sooooooo wish I could reflash, but since my 23047 I have been unable to get my computer to connect to the device.

Re: Mattsm 6.5 23047

Hold down the two "soft" buttons. (Depends on carrier... on VZW they have a dot on them... above the WIN and OK buttons) and press the RESET button (with a pen). This will reflash the phone with the ROM it already has.

It might sound like a waste of time, but give it a try.

Have you tried flashing via sd card?
Also try putting phone in bootloader and while in bootloader hook up usb and run rom update utility and see if it reads device info. Not sure what is going on here but should not be difficult to fix.

Re: Mattsm 6.5 23047

One other side note, If i try to use tomtom and play audio at the same time after about 20 seconds or so the background app closes. In thoery i have enough ram to do this otherwise it wouldnt work for 20 seconds or so. Any way i can get this not to close background apps?
