Problem recording through Audio Gateway

Hello,

I flashed WM 6.5 to my titan. I like to dictate instructions to my secretary using my bluetooth headset (Plantronics 510), audio gateway, and pdictate by nch.com. I assign audio gateway and the pdictate to buttons on the phone so that I can open the gateway and start a recording. I started doing this on my 6700 and have carried forward to the 6800. Problem is this--ever since I flashed WM6.1 and now 6.5 on my 6800, when I record via bluetooth, the playback of my voice is sped up by about 50%, making it hard for my secretary to understand. It's not due to pdictate, because I get the same result if I use the built in recorder in notes. Nor does the problem occur if I record using the mic built into the titan. It only occurs when I record over bluetooth. I can't say for sure, but I think when I first got the titan I installed audio gateway and did not have this problem with the stock rom--that's why I thought this was the appropriate place for this post.

Any ideas on the cause or how to solve?

Have you tried using PPCKitchen? It's quite straight foreward. Just download the lattest build and the support files (xx Carrier Kitchen files, xx kitchen Core, 21501 build). Depending on your connection speed, you may have to take one at a time.

Hope this helps.

Re: WM6.5 build 21501 kitchen

Hi Guys!!

Just switched from the Palm Treo Pro back to the Titan to try out Windows 6.5.

I am using build os and have the most recent kitchen updates.

Every time I hit the green button i get "object reference not set to reference of an object"

Any idea what this means??

I have been doing my research and I haven't found anything in the forums.

My second question is: Would there by an easier program to use other then build OS to cook up a windows 6.5 rom??

Mike

Did you run the updater from a fresh install?

Hardware Keyboard Issues

Using Build 21501 on a Titan via ppckitchen. Has anyone had any hardware keyboard issues. I can't seem to get it to work in any of the browsers and several programs.

Which keyboard skin did you select?
Also what software keyboards have you selected?
Have you DnLoaded the keyboard fix from HTC or UTStar?
(I never installed the keyboard fix, Never needed to)

Which carrier do you use? Is the unit unlocked?
When BuildOS opens, do you chose "Create a New Project" tab/ Then "Titan_WM6.1" / "WM6.5_96DPI_QVGA_21501_0409" /
Then set the Filename to "MyFile"(or "WhatNot")?
It will say 6.1, But it is really 6.5.
