You know, I've seen other people people complaining about the top bar disappearing in this build. Most people thought it was related to HTC Task Manager, including me. But, a few time in the last week, I lost mine. Seemed to happen whenever I was running some RAM intensive app, and sliding in and out. This doesn't happen every time, but it DOES happen WITHOUT HTC Task Manager. Other observations I have made when this happens, I can hit the window key and get the start menu to show up, but If I try to open ANY window or program, It doesn't show up. Looks like it opens, but BEHIND the desktop screen. Only way to get it back that I can figure so far is a soft reset. The only other thing that I can surmise may be causing the issue is SPB Pocket Plus? Anyone else?

Yeah, I know I'm quoting myself, but I guess I am replying to myself and everyone else. This is issue is clearly related to some type of video driver issue (or lack thereof). Today, I was playing some PocketSand while sitting on the pooper and when I closed it, the top bar went away. All the usual symptoms occurred. But I re-opened PocketSand (since the "games" folder was still open) and then closed it and top bar came back. Some type of overlay/full screen/frame buffer issue. I'm thinking this only happens randomly when an app uses full screen. Anyone else?

Hey Guys the Updater keep giving me problems with my windows vista i can never update through it?????

i know i can download manually and i already did but i would like to figure how to make the updater work

I'm having a couple of issues with my keyboard when I type "you" it shows as youuu with only one key stroke. Can anyone help me with this if there is a registry setting.

A little more detail, please.

Is it just ppcgeeks_oem.rar that's giving you problems, or other files too?
What web browser do you use on your PC?

I never got a response from my post so perhaps it was looked over. So here I am posting again and hopefully colonel or gguruusa can shed some light.

Does any know where the nicer looking EV/1x icon is in the 202270 kitchen. Is it buried inside a dll file? I need to extract it. If anyone knows your help would be great.

I'm stuck in the second splash screen after upgrading. How do I get out?

You may have built a ROM too big, didn't do a hard reset or if this is your first upgrade then you should remove the battery for 30 seconds. Then hard reset your phone.

Ah that did it. I just got a replacement phone and forgot about removing the battery. Thanks
