What probably happened was the Last update sprint wanted posted at 7am CST but HTC failed to have it posted until about 2pm PST... Sprint was NOT happy about this...
HTC was probably trying to make sure it was live on the 21st and Screwed up yet again... LOL I was told the 3.56 rom was going to have minor software load changes... Maybe It was confused as to the fact I asked about both the Vogue and Titan at the same time... James

Minor changes or not, delivery on the 21st was a spot-on claim, again. The fact we get it a business day early is like playing Monopoly-- bank error in our favor!

No, the 3.56 ROM is there. It says Posted July 21, 2008. I have downloaded it and I am installing it now!

at the top it says MOGUL by HTC and it is the 3.56.651.0 build, try refreshing the page, maybe your browser cached it

 The touch has a download tab, but there's nothing on the download page, and on the moguls page the download tab is missing all together.  anyway it appears the site IS being updated, this is usually what happens when their adding a new rom from my experience. *edit* This is interesting it says posted July 21, it has been rumored to be released the 21st yet today is the 18th, I cleared my cache and got this page to load.
