Yes, it is a Sprint Branded Phone and I have Boost for my carrier. However it seems that the ???@myboostmobile.... is me. Not really sure how I ended up with that but according to my account info...it's me. sheesh.
I just bought this phone second hand and am trying to figure everything about it out. I can't seem to get to the mms configuration in order to see if that's entered right or not. The book tells me to select "Start>Messaging and Account Picker should open....but it doesn't. It goes to Select An Account with SMS/MMS being an option as well as Outlook and my Yahoo email account. I can not find the Account Picker screen.
Same thing with trying to check the mms configuration or even adding one if needed. It says to go to Start>Messaging>Pic/Video but the same thing happens when I do select Start>Messaging. It just goes to Select Account screen.
This is driving me nuts.
Okay, well, I think I figured one thing out. Seems Arcsoft might not have been updated. I found my way to the file folder and then found the arcsoft program to install. Clicked on it and it said it needed to uninstall an older version so it could re-install a newer version.
So, I was finally able to find the mms settings configuration. Only, I'm have no idea what information I need to put in there in order to make my mms work. And I read somewhere in this forum about taking Sprints picture something or other off and installing a hack (link was provided) but when I click on the link I get an error page. Soooooo, am I at least on the right track here?
