The touch has a download tab, but there's nothing on the download page, and on the moguls page the download tab is missing all together.
anyway it appears the site IS being updated, this is usually what happens when their adding a new rom from my experience.

This is interesting it says posted July 21, it has been rumored to be released the 21st yet today is the 18th, I cleared my cache and got this page to load.
