I can confirm the "RUU_signed.nbh" has a different hash for today's official HTC download (abbab23e4b54189a71bd34ac4d401c07) than what was posted by DCD (b61efc33fe58935ba88b5e3f774ca205), so it does seem changes were made at the last minute -- good or bad is the question.....

Personally, I had zero problems with the pre-offical release posted by DCD.....we'll see how this tweaked one fares.

Just went to HTC's site. When I looked there was no option for software. I was looking around the site and came back and there was an option for software and when I clicked it showed todays date and a link to download. When I downloaded it it is different than last weeks because I had downloaded last weeks and it was a different file name. Hopefully I can find a USB cable here at work and see what is new.

Strange that that hash data and file size are different since the ROM version and Radio is exactly the same. I would have thought that HTC would have updated thier July 21st version from 3.56.651.0 to 3.56.651.1 or something...

Someone with a better eye for subtle differences please let me know what they see is new since there obviously is something different about this new ROM.

So I tried to install the new update on my phone...several times now...and it keeps telling me "INVALID COMMAND"...The RUU you are trying to install on your device is not compatible or something...
I dont think I did anything wrong...but its really driving me nuts! Should I flash back to the original ROM or what should I do?!?!? I am currently using the latest update that HTC offered a couple of months ago. Any help would me much appreiciated!

I had that issuse as well, but on my thrid attempt it took. I have no idea what I did different, other then not downloading the ROM I hit run.
