Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) aka 5060

Question with regards to Page Pool size? Should this be sticking as something that returns with my project.txt file or does this need to be selected each and everytime I reload a project before I cook a ROM? Seems to be the latter and I wanted to verify that was what it was supposed to be doing.

Thanks again for the great job and I'm still amazed at the level of support. Some folks definitely need to read more.

My only issues with Vista are as follows - As long as you run as administration or have UAC shut off entirely the only issue I've had is duruing updates. I've had to remove the Kitchen.rar files before doing updates as Vista can't overright them with default permissions even when run as Admin. You can start the downloads, but when it goes to write them into their correct location in the kitchen the updater fails and backs out.

Your initflash you posted looks ok, except usually no trailing \ after directory names.

I'd say you have something else going on there since this hasn't been reported yet. Maybe uninstall, zip what's left in C:\Program Files\PPCKitchen.org as backup, then delete the old dir and reinstall. Try a build without personal OEMs and then add one to narrow it down.
I just tried it again, after uninstalling everything and running without my custom OEM. Still same problem with the 5060 base. ICS Control shortcut in Programs doesn't work, Neither does the Games shortcuts in Programs, or the NueAudio which I included in the ROM? This is really baffling to me? I've included the log

The reason is because I don't use the weather or Music Player files, so I created my own OEM that deleted all of the files that go with those options in HOME. It's easier for me if they all go in one folder so that I can monitor the install. I guess I could just place them in \Windows.

Could it be that I used the updater to get 5060 instead of manual downloading the OEM's and the ROM?

So its never sending over 5060 to the ruu. Do i need to clear the phone first (that makes no sense) or erase some local file? anyone experience this. I've tried this 4 times same results.
Ok, look in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\hIq Inc\PPC-BuildOS\9.05.2.6Temp (path may vary slightly in Vista) and see if your Signed_RUU.nbh at that location matches the one found at C:\BuildOS\Upgrade\Titan_RUU

You can also try just gettin a blank RUU and the Signed_RUU from the application data folder and see if that works... Hope this helps

Have you included .NET? That will atleast narrow down those errors. I know nueAudio and ICS Control need it (I've added a lot of requirements so it will be chosen automatically for a lot of apps that need it next update).

I don't see it in your build status..

Sorry. I was misunderstanding before and thought you meant the shortcuts weren't being added at all or the files they were supposed to go to weren't in the right place.

Still needs an internet connection.

The version is the same, only registry settings were added.

Battery Status needs to be fixed. It adds broken shortcuts to start menu. I'm fixing it right now and will post again when I've uploaded.

Edit:
Fixed and re-uploaded.

The only carrier I know of that currently uses Guardian in 5060 is US Cellular, btw.
Yes I will be releasing Extended ROM built by me for Reliance and TATA once the OEM Device come in my hand

But till now i have hacked Nokia 6265 and Extracted MMS, QNC Net Volume Based and QNC Net Time based from non Windows Based Devices, Also i have made Company intra net for Device Managements from Nokia 6265 Setting or Reliance

Remember no Network in India have 6800 6900 so the Company Extended ROM will be Released only after HTC CDMA P3000 will be released, P3000 is RUIM Based CDMA Device Specially made for Reliance.
