Some confusion on my part cuz the os.nb file was in my rom folder in the beginning.
That worked like a charm. Thanks. Now on to add OEM's

Transfer your built .NBH to the card, rename it to TITAIMG.nbh, insert the card in the phone and put it in bootloader mode (hold Power + Camera and hit the reset button), the loader will automatically find the image and ask if you want to perform the update.

I hope I was clear enough and that the instructions help.
Assuming my card is already FAT32, is there any risk to any of my data on the card?

I always flash from a clean "dedicated" card, but I would think that the data would be safe, seeing that the loader only reads the image in the card and doesn't write anything there. Obviously, I can't guarantee anything

Well, no worries. I'll leave some non-vital data on my old 1GB card and flash from it and see what happens. That way I'm both safe and can find test the reliability of it. I doubt it would affect the card, either, but I've always pulled my card before flashing in the past. Habit.

EDIT: spelling..
