I'm currently on step #4. My problem is that when I attempt to run the Sprint 3.16 ROM I get a message in the cmd prompt that basically says I don't have enough memory. Is this referring to the memory on my 6800?

I'm on Verizon and am running a stock ROM (Never unlocked or flashed in any way before). The computer I'm using is running XP and I'm trying to update through ActiveSync and a USB cable.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
