Thumbs up im impressed

Not sure because HTC/Sprint tech guys work on weekend or this build has more tweaking, I am actually more happy w/ this one which seems to be more reliable than the stock leaked rom I tried yesterday.

I go into Windows Mobile Device Center (I am on Vista) and turn off connections on USB and then run titanexit_bl.exe and it tells me the USB is in use still.

BTW when I run the Titainunlocket.bat file sleep4 never properly executes.

Maybe its Vista, I dont know.

The only way to get out of Bootloader is to reload the 3.16.651.0 update again.

Any ideas?

i got stuck on the same as u, try this, this did it for me:

I have found that if you have issues where your device seems to be bricked and stuck in bootloader before completion of the update you can fix it by flashing via SD card.

To do this there are 3 steps:

First take the .exe file and open it with winrar. There will be a file 3.16.....nbh extract that and rename it to TITAIMG.nbh

Next format a microSD card with FAT 32 (required most are fat16 default) and copy the file TITAIMG.nbh to the root of the sd card with a card reader.

Finally place sdcard in device and reset into bootloader mode. The flash will proceed from the SD card and it should work fine. Enjoy!

I just tried another hard reset and let the customizations run again, but still no luck, and IOTA won't run. Where is this IOTA cab that has been suggested that I run? Do you think going back to 2.17 would restore my settings or am I screwed?
I finally got flashed back to 2.17. I had to enter my MDN and MSID, but the phone and data/Internet are working. I was also to send myself a text message, but I never received an email from my PC to my username@sprintpcs.com.
I noticed the following weirdness that I would appreciate someone checking on their phone:
* In the new ROM my user name was listed under System-Device Information, but in 2.17 there is no user name there.
* When I do edit in ##778#, Security-HDR AN AUTH User Id(LONG) shows my hex ESN@hcm.sprintpcs.com. (Maybe this is why my email didn't come through?!?) Shouldn't it be my username@sprintpcs.com?
* HDR AN AUTH Password(LONG) is a bunch of gibberish extended ASCII characters. Shouldn't it be my SprintPCS password?
* PPP USER ID and PPP PASSWORD are both blank. Is this right?
* Would the IOTA cab help, and if so where is it? I've searched but can't find it.

I'm going to leave it alone until after work tomorrow before trying again, but hopefully someone will chime in to help me out.

Sweet, gonna check this out. I'm not a fan of roms which have too much stuff built-in; what if a newer version comes out, or what if a particular program lends itself to instability? Nonetheless, this one intrigues me and I'd like to try it! Thanks for your effots in putting this together for us!

Hey Jude (that could be a good song title! ) I'm up and running by loading the unofficial Sprint ROM first. IOTA worked and my settings are back to normal. After that was all working, I was able to load this custom ROM with no problems.

hmmm strange.. make sure you are outside. Both myself and my roomate use the kitchen for this and have had no issues. I have my kitchen uploaded currently, if anyone wants to use it, however it does have a few issues. The one on my pc at home is fully updated, even with latest live version from wm 6.1. I will try to upload that tonight.. It also includes some more oems =]

Also, I am using no2chems basekit, modifying it a bit, and will hopefully have something wm6.1 soon. My custom wm6.1 so far as of today is running great.
