I think the problem is that In Start-Settings-System-Device Information, my Current username is listed as my hex ESN#@hcm.sprintpcs.com. I saw the same entry in ##778#-Security-HDR AN AUTH User Id(LONG), so I changed it there.

In the same screen, I also changed my HDR AN AUTH Password(LONG). It was a bunch of gibberish extended ASCII characters. I changed it on Sprint's website first, but that didn't make any difference. On the same screen, both PPP USER ID and PPP PASSWORD are blank. Should there be something in those entries?

I've also tried a Restore in ##DATA# and that did nothing either.

Any ideas short of calling Sprint?
Could someone with a working Mogul on Sprint please tell me what their HDR AN AUTH User Id(LONG), HDR AN AUTH Password(LONG), PPP USER ID, and PPP PASSWORD are?

Cody's is Palm's. Some users over at TreoCentral originally did the work to extract the WM5 Palm Threaded SMS. Cody wrote a nice instructions manual to explain how to install it. Then someone did the same thing with the WM6 Treo 750 and extracted all the threaded sms files to put on other devices. Cody customized that install to work better with the Mogul. That's why we can't post it here or any ROMS that include it.

hmmm also, if you have your hex esn as your user name, that means you need to provision your data.

Thanks! I created the kitchen using Dogguys kitchen tools as well as some other items.

Some things I replaced by the old drag and drop. I am planning on looking further into the rom to see what else can be changed, added/removed, or upgraded.

Yes, I have the hex ESN as my user name. How do I provision my data? Do I have to call Sprint?

In Phone Settings-Services-Internet-Get Settings, when I click on Start to initiate IOTA, the button flashes but nothing happens, no IOTA icon in the title bar. Someone mentioned getting the IOTA cab, but I haven't found it yet. Do I need it?

I did a hard reset after the sprint customizations and it fixed the IOTA problem. IDK if it will work for you, but you could try

When I first did the upgrade, I installed the new unlocker, then the 3.27 radio, then superevilllama's ROM. I let the customizations run, then hard reset again without the customizations. That's when I noticed that I couldn't get on the Internet, HTC Weather wouldn't connect, and basically, all #777 functions fail.

I just tried another hard reset and let the customizations run again, but still no luck, and IOTA won't run. Where is this IOTA cab that has been suggested that I run? Do you think going back to 2.17 would restore my settings or am I screwed?
