I cant relock the phone its not recognizing the usb for some reason

1) what os are you using (sorryif I missed it)
2) did you disable USB in activesynch like the instructions say to?

If you're running vista, there's a special instruciton set you have to go through before you can use the exitbl utility (that is what you're talking about, right? If not, I apologize)

How do I find my MDN# ?

I went to EPST settings and found my MSID # which is my phone number. I didnt see anything that MDN # though........where can I find the MDN? Thanks.

By the way.....I used the Getspc program and it gave me my msl # with no problem.

just enter your phone number for MDN and MSID you should be good

try rebooting your computer and try to connect via usb again worked for me

right click on the activesync icon on the bottom right on your desktop, under connection settings, uncheck allow usb connections. follow the relocker instructions, its very detailed

Ok here is where i think I went wrong. I installed 3.16 and could not get GPS to work in Window or Google so with that I reinstalled what I was using which was JD'd 12.29. What I first noticed was that the boot boot up screen said it was still 2.16 and then I was frozen. Hope this was some useful info.
