Are you talking about recovery mode, or are you talking about epst ## codes?

If ur talking about Recovery mode: with the power off hold the vol down, the send, and the end key all at once.

If ur talking ##codes, the only one I've used is ##data# or ##3282#. You have to have your MSL in order to edit anything.

i mean like ##3424# for connecting the phone to read on the computer. i need to edit some settings inthe phone but there dont seem to be any diag mode code

Ok, I'm not sure, 'cause I've never done it, but I think I remember reading somewhere that ##debug# is what you need.

Do both. If you revert back to 1.5, at least you have all your system settings right where you left them and set to the way you like it. Do a data backup too so you don't need to redownload all the 1.5 apps again. After the backup, you need to remove or copy your backup to your PC as installing 2.1 DD03 first could wipe your SD card. Best to just put all the files on your PC anyway for safe-keeping. YOU NEED TO INSTALL DD03 FIRST! Sorry, but you do, to be able to flash the DD10 with all the cool wallpapers, etc. Good Luck!

All is good, I am on DD03 2.1 now and ran out of time last night but will complete my 2.1 migration tonight.

yea i tried ##debug# and usually it should have dial up networking in there but its not there.

I also tried holding down call, center, and end buttons with phone off usually u can get into it by doing that and letting it go right before the bar gets all the way to the end but when i do that now the bar only gets halfway and stays there so that dont work either

wow found it. dial up networking is in wireless and settings under settings

What is the point in first flashing with the DD03 tar file? How do you do this?

I had a speedrabbit kernal from several months ago and Recovery 2.0, but I couldnt not figure out how to flash DD03. Or did I not need to? I went ahead and loaded Calkulin's ROM through Recovery and it worked fine. I now also have Recover 2.1.3.
