Download the HTCVolumeControll.ddl (1.6) and see if that fixes the problem.

Nice if it could be fixed, but not enough to make me get rid of it.

Are your guys' Start icons or multi message icons displaying properly? If not, perhaps you have the wrong shellres.192.dll installed in your windows folder

Negative bro they need the Europeen version ours is for US/UK and has larger font. I'll give you the other version later. If you go to post #3 and look under fixes you will see the issue.

its kinda showing the opposite... as if the values are flopped... showing what was used rather then what is left in battery

Make sure your registry says the following:

I am using Juicy 6 ROM with TP2 manila. I have attempted to install the taskbar icons a couple of times and I get the same result. The signal icon only works periodically, but more so not than it does. Does anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I should add that it swtiches between the one I received here (tsowentaskbar3 V1.4) and the default icon.

If not, i am stumped again, haha. These rom incompatibility issues suck.

mightymike and some others use the shellres.192.dll.0409.mui versed the shelres.192.dll as stated in the FAQ on page one they need to delete the shellres.192.dll.0409.mui

Use a ROM extractor and extract you shellres.192.dll and post it and I wil fix you up. The wait cursor is a bmp within that file so I neec the shellres from WM6.5

I am still working on the Rhodium stuff, I don't know what registry settings juicy uses. Sounds like something in the registry.

Actually, the CAB didn't change my Start icon- I assumed it was because I had a custom one I manually installed (my Superman icon).
I haven't had a chance to check out the multi-message icons. I'll try that.

Looks like my multi-icon isn't working right either.

Should I still try to reinstall the shellres files?

I installed just shellres.192.dll(win round)- my Start menu is the shellres...mui. So I'm hoping that this file will just fix the A/S and multi-message icons.

My guess is that the new icon shows up when you have less than one "bar" of signal.
To fix this, you just need to go into the registry and change the signal strength settings to 7- they are probably on 4 or 5 right now.[in HKCU, search for "signalstrength" or browse to HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA\SignalS trengthLevel\] {don't know why that space is there after the "S"- ignore it.}
