I could have gotten the Pro months ago for a $50 upgrade and return my Diamond. Coming from the Mogul, I do miss the keyboard, but the size of the Diamond is enough to keep me here until the Touch HD is released by Sprint.

I don't need the keyboard. But I neeeeeeed a sd slot. Why anyone would make a phone these days without a sd slot is beyond me.

The most popular PDA phone in the US (iPhoney) has no SD slot. 4GB is enough for me.

Iphone a PDA??? hahaha that thing is a toy (but way popular still)

but i see your point in the sd slot although its also a reason that alot of pple dont like it

i had a touch and no problems with the screen KB and now a mogul and have never filled up my 4gb sd slot so im still deciding whether i go diamond or go pro

camera flash is the only main difference for me

If the flash on the Pro is anything like the Mogul, it's really only good for a flashlight, and I already have one of those.

Would love to try the pro but simply not good enough for an upgrade. Looking for something else better in the coming months. Long live HTC

i went through 3 diamonds before getting the pro, end result, the pro is by far a better machine, much faster. diamond too small for my hands too, Touch pro for the win. and anyways are diamonds not a girls best freind? lol jokes!

i just wanted an upgrade from my touch and i did want the keyboard and flash.plus i wanted real picture mail which unfortunately came out for my touch later in the day after i ordered my touch pro.oh well,if we can get the battery situation fixed.....

Seems to me like all of you diamond guys are upset. From the comments you make it sounds like you are jealous lol. Well you should of waited until the pro came out and then you wouldn't of been stuck. I have the pro and my girl has the diamond. I believe this is the correct way it should be.

Dang it hood, I was comfortable with my choice of Diamond over Pro until you came along

But in all reality...

I would have gotten the Touch Pro IF it had a 3.5mm jack. That would justify the SD slot (music and videos). Without it, why would I use the slot? For music? To carry around that piece of crap adapter that HTC forced on us?? ARGG!!
