I do not pay at&t. I just want the device and use wi-fi. LOL. they also have forums like what we have here. U can get a lot of mods hacks things like that for free.

What video file formats does the iphone support out of the box? Would I need to jailbreak the phone to play a 700mb avi file or would I still need to convert it? Also, can you just drag and drop items into the iphone like a storage device?

I am a Windows MCSE and also solid with Linux. This confuses both sides, as most admins only know one or the other. I also have Mac and PC and like them both.

Everything is done with itunes. any files format can be converted to be played back using itunes or any 3rd party proggy.

I agree. For me, if U only love 1 device, U got all the right. But bashing the other is not necessary.

I pay roughly 110.00 to AT&T for the Unlimited data, 900 minutes and unlimited text. My Sprint bill is about the same but I get unlimited everything including Sprint TV Premier (which is kind of garbage) unlimited navigation, unlimited picture mail etc.

u got simply everything. WOW. I only pay 40 bucks with sprint. the same plan as sero's 30 bucks. I just did not make it to sero. that's the best I got.

Yup. I used to have a way cheaper plan but I use a ridiculous amount of minutes (like 2800 a month), data usage, and about 3000 texts per month so my plan makes complete sense plus my work pays for it lol.

FOr some people, simply everything works great coz they pay more when they exceed their plan limits. But I cannot pay that much thou. LOL

I considered the original iphone, but what killed it for me was the fact that sling mobile wouldn't work on it.

I use SM a LOT, I get 200 channels including HBO on demand etc & no other mobile live TV app even comes close to SM (including ORB, I tried that extensively before I bought the SlingBox)
