thats what sprint told me too....that they would charge me the dif. in price between the phones.

now we play the waiting game for the phone to be released....whenever that may be. :/

yes! that is sweet success

if you have a warranty then you should be able to upgrade for the price difference. theyre just cheap and dont want to refurb all our titans... mwhahahahahaha. but 30 bucks for double the ram omg



wish we could hear from some1 who has held and or playd with one.


how long does developement on this phone usually take? i was late on the ppc uptake.

sorry not trying to b rude. he did both complained then suggested .

just wait until its released the send an email complaining and ask for the pro.

maybe we should all syncronize and do it simultaniously so they dont catch on and screw the others outa the swap

Ok i read most of this thread. But for you experienced guys i have a couple questions if you don't mind.

First off I have only been with sprint since July, and i am on the old SERO plan. I have the replacement add on plan for $7 a month, and it is still under warranty. Knowing all this do I have any chance of getting the pro to replace this phone? I have had nothing but trouble with this phone since i got it, and it really didn't live up to my expectations. I however don't know what options I have due to the SERO plan being changed.

Anyway i truly would appreciate any guidance as to how i should maybe go about trying to replace the phone.

I'm in the same position as you. I emailed ecare and this is what they told me.

"Upon further research of your account, I see that you have insurance on
your phone. You may file a claim to receive a new phone. We can not
exchange your Mogul for a touch as a replacement. You can purchase the
touch by visiting a sprint retail store or at sprint.com. Also I have
listed steps to reprogram your device:"

I am still emailing back and forth with them, but I kinda think they are gonna have a large supply of new and refurb moguls to swap out for a long time.

Hmm i feared as much, maybe getting that insurance wasn't a good idea after all! I guess tomorrow I will give it a shot and send an email, but i am assuming it won't happen.

Should i be specific with the problems I am having or just ***** and moan about whatever until i either get a firm no or they bend? heh heh
